Kathy from an architecture firm contacted Heritage Plumbing Group to install a Spinaway Whirlybird in the colour Monument for one of their clients. The project was set for early Wednesday morning, with our plumber Jordan scheduled to arrive on-site at 7 a.m. This was our first job of the day, ensuring that the task was handled with fresh energy and focus.
The property, a single-storey unit with a tiled roof, required careful attention to detail to ensure the whirlybird was installed correctly. The whirlybird, ordered through our supplier, was delivered to our factory the day before the job, ensuring that everything was ready for the installation.
Upon arriving at the site, Jordan assessed the roof to determine the best approach for installation. He carefully installed the whirlybird using his levelling tool, ensuring it was perfectly straight. He made sure to inspect the area for asbestos, as handling such materials with care is critical. The installation was completed smoothly and efficiently by 9 am, well within the scheduled time.
Later that day, Kathy emailed us to express her satisfaction with the work. Her message read, “Thanks, Heritage Plumbing Group. The roof vent looks great, and payment was made today.”
