Lauren contacted Heritage Plumbing Group on Saturday morning as she had no hot water again.
She explained that the same issue happened a couple of months ago and another plumbing company was summoned. She expressed that she wanted the issue resolved given she did not believe the issue was complex and wanted a plumber to inspect, report and resolve.
We agreed and Allan from the office organised an emergency call out and arranged for Roger to attend. Roger arrived and discovered the issue was the tempering valve. The valve was not functioning properly which caused the hot water system to not operate effectively.
He informed Lauren of the issue who approved the required repair works. Roger got to work in removing the old tempering valve, re-arranging the copper pipe work, and completing the works all on the same day.
The result? Another satisfied customer with hot water and a functioning hot water system in time for winter!
