Heritage Plumbing Group is a reputable award winning local plumbing company based in Reservoir. We specialise in the domestic plumbing maintenance, commercial plumbing maintenance field, niche construction projects and the gas industry.

An opportunity has opened up for a full-time plumbing scheduler role with an immediate start.

The job role will consist of:

-Answer phone calls.
-Schedule jobs.
-Use Aroflo Job Management system.
-Pursue plumbing opportunities and other potential plumbing leads.
-Handling complaints and queries
-Other adhoc tasks as required

The candidate must have experience in:

-Customer service
-Have sound IT skills and knowledge and be competent in Excel, Outlook, Word.
-Proven ability to manage meeting deadlines & client expectations

The perfect candidate will also have experience in:

-General plumbing experience or plumbing knowledge
-Understand design and construction.
-CRM / Aro Flo

You will also need to be:

-Available to work 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday
-Reliable, trustworthy and always punctual.
-Have a great work ethic and pride in workmanship.
-Neat and tidy appearance.
-Strong people skills.
-Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
-Excellent time management
-High attention to detail
-Computer friendly / tech savvy
